Refund Policy

At Almik Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized and creative nature of our marketing services, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced, work has begun, or strategy has been delivered.

However, in certain limited circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client cancels before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be granted.

  • Duplicate Payments: In case of a billing error or duplicate charge, a full refund of the erroneous amount will be issued.

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service and no significant work has been done, a refund may be considered.

  • Breach of Agreement: If we are in material breach of the service agreement and unable to resolve the issue, the client may be entitled to a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom work that has already been initiated or completed

  • Time-based services (e.g. consulting hours, strategy sessions) once delivered

  • Paid third-party tools or advertising budgets already spent

  • Retainer fees for ongoing monthly services (unless contractually stated otherwise)

4. Disputes and Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us at [your email] so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed issue arising.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
