We strive to follow best practices and standards as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to comply with the Accessible Canada Act as well as the Québec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.

  • Logical content structure and heading hierarchy

  • Clear navigation and consistent layout

  • Keyboard navigation support

  • Sufficient color contrast and scalable fonts

  • Captions and transcripts for audio and video content (when applicable)

Ongoing Efforts

We continuously improve accessibility on our site by:

  • Regularly testing with accessibility tools and screen readers

  • Incorporating accessibility into our development process

  • Training our team on inclusive design principles

Limitations
